• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

• If a Company: the name on  the licence should match the companies registered name

• Must be issued by the Queensland and the organisation logo must be present

• Must state that it is a licence to provide labour hire services

• Must quote a Licence Number

• Must be current

Issue Date = As shown on licence

Expiry Date = As shown on licence
