Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence

Plastic Cards

  • Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system
  • If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.
  • Accepted form of evidence is
a EPA NSW OR Department of Environment and Climate Change
  • an Australian State or Territory Government issued Dangerous Goods Drivers licence
  • Must be
NSW issued – Other states or international
  • Australian issued –international licences are not accepted
  • Only require front of licence as mandatory
  • Can be in colour

Digital Licence

  • A screen shot from worksafe website is accepted showing individuals’ name and licence number and expiry date.
