• Evidence for this competency is a copy of either: Induction Certificate and licence showing Light Rail General Safety Induction issued by Transdev

Note: If Current LRGSI inductions are not held by workers, contractor company administrators should book inductions for the worker by reaching out to Transdev directly via the contacts provided below.  Once inductions have been completed, evidence of certification documents should be uploaded to the worker profile.

(All requests for new induction bookings should include email and telephone contact details for the worker that needs to complete the online TDSI induction. Turnaround time for issue of link following submission of a request is no more than 2 days.  Requests will generally be actioned within 24 hours.)

• Not a requirement to be signed and dated by the participant

• Must be current in date
• Scanned document to be clearly legible
• Signed by an Authorised Alstom Supervisor/Manager

Copy of completed Site Induction Checklist Template to be obtained by worker following completion of induction.  This should be forwarded to the contractor company administrator for upload into the portal.

• Issue date to be recorded within Onsite as reflected on induction record.
• Expiry date 12 months from date of issue.
