The Learning Management System (LMS) is a

Portal

combination of Portals that Workforce Management uses to deliver online and classroom training to its Client's workers.
With the right permissions, administrators can build and manage courses, pass out training, enroll workers and run reports.

Learners use the same portal to complete online classes that can be Videos/PDF's/Quizzes/Questions for example, or to see details of classroom events they are enrolled in.
They can then see the status of their courses and download certificates from completed courses if required.

The Pegasus Workforce Management System has 2 LMS systems. A Legacy system and the newer Pegasus LMS version.

The below guides are for:

  • Client Administrators that will be need to know more about the system, build courses and pass out training events.

  • Client Learners on how to view and run courses
