Drug and Alcohol Testing.-.Negative Drug test pre-induction
| - Must have been complete
Please upload a negative Drug and Alcohol test completed within 14 days of the induction date. Must be complete The D & A test needs to be completed by an accredited testing facility - Negative results must be shown to be acceptable
- Will be a requirement of the induction rather than a role requirement.
- Enter from issue date
- No expiration date
- D & A screening in accordance with AS4308 (urine standard) not AS4760 as this is an oral standard
company. (If submitting booking request prior to 14 days please upload a Drug & Alcohol Test booking confirmation for a date booked within 14 days prior to induction date. Negative results must be submitted via the Portal by 12 noon the Friday before the scheduled induction date).
| D & A screening must be in accordance with AS4308
Urine testing shall screen for:
- Amphetamines
- Benzodiazepines
- Opiate
- Cannabinoids metabolites
- Cocaine Metabolites In the case that a positive D & A test is received laboratory confirmation that the drug is consistent with declared medication must be submitted with the D & A paperwork.
