  • Must be Issued by an Australian RTO or;
  • Must be Issued by the workers employer company (on company letterhead and dated within 6 months)
  • Can have any course title or coding can be displayed

AQF Qualification such as:

    • Certificates I-IV
    • Diploma, Advanced diploma / Associate degree
    • Bachelor degree and honours
    • Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma
    • Masters Degree
    • Doctoral Degree
  • Must be Issued by an Australian Based Recognised Training Institution
  • Can have any course title or coding can be displayed


NOTE:  The following evidence types would NOT be acceptable:

  • Evidence issued outside of Australia
  • Statement of Attainments and Transcripts
  • Letters in lieu of AQF qualification
  • Membership / Registration evidence EG Chartered Professional Engineer registration

NOTE: This competency should only be used if one of the other grouped competency members cannot be satisfied

  • Issue Date = Date of Training / Assessment
  • Expiry Date = Only enter an expiry date in the system if there is one explicitly shown on the evidence
