• Name on Licence to match name of applicant in Onsite
• Licence / registration must be current
• Registration card must be endorsed as a “lift cabler”
• Must be issued by an ACMA accredited Industry Register
• Both sides of the Licence are required to be shown within the upload
• Black and white or Colour copy can be accepted

• Must be an Australian electrical contractor licence
• Needs to be current
• Must match the companies name in the system or a contractor representing the company  The ABN must matchcompany 
• Must be issued by relevant state authority and show corresponding government logo

• Issue date to be recorded if displayed on licence

• Expiry date to be recorded as shown on the licence

• Must be a NSW electrical trade licence
• Needs to be current
• Must match the individuals name in the system  
• Must be issued by NSW Fair Trading and show the NSW government logo

• Issue date to be recorded if displayed on licence
