| Plumbing Licence | - If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name - Plumber or Plumbing Contractor to be listed
- Either Black and White OR Colour copy is accepted
- Only the front of the licence needs to be displayed within uploaded file
- Must be issued by the relevant government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
NOTE: Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant State licence lookup and payment receipt (example doc provided). This needs to show - Licence number,
- Name of Company
- Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current)
- This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.
| - Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date
- Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
