| Asbestos Removal Licence | - If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
- If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
- If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
- Asbestos Removal (with relevant class - Either Class A or B) to be listed
- Either Black and White OR Colour copy is accepted
- Only the front of the licence needs to be displayed within uploaded file
- Must be issued by the relevant government appointed organisation (Worksafe NZ) logo must be present
- Must be a NZ issued licence – International Licence not accepted

- Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
