Statement of Attainment

The competency must be indicated on the statement of attainment as [MATCHING COMPETENCY NAME OF VOC/ QUALIFICATION] with a national statement of attainment unit code displayed too.

Training must have been conducted by a

document
Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
Please note; the certified document that has been issued by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

and show RTO registration number
NOTE: Holmesglen Institute is accepted by CYP)

The issuing RTO must hold the correct authority to deliver that unit of competence. The authority to deliver the VOC training can be determined by checking to see if there is a matching unit of competency shown on the RTOs scope. This can be checked here: https://training.gov.au/Search/SearchOrganisation

A statement of attainment or card showing matching statement of attainment unit of competency can be accepted in lieu of VOC assessment document for this competency upload if the Statement of attainment training was complete less than 2 years ago.

When RTO issued VOC is uploaded:

Applicants name to be displayed on the Verification of Competency (VOC) document.
The competency must be indicated on the Verification of Competency (VOC) as it is shown in this competency title – If there is a mismatch with regard to the competency naming used on the VOC compared to what is displayed as the competency title in Onsite, Pegasus will seek CYP site approval for the document.
Assessment must have been conducted by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
NOTE: Holmesglen Institute is accepted by CYP
The issuing RTO must hold the correct authority to deliver that unit of competence. NOTE: Temporary Verification of Competency (VOC) may be accepted for the time period of 3 months which allocates reasonable time to issue final documentation - This is to be entered as the expiry even in cases where Training Providers state a lesser amount of time of temporary validity on the document.

When Subcontractor or Company Representative issued VOC is uploaded:

Any VOC that is assessed by the Subcontractor themselves or representative of will need to be authorised and approved by CYP prior to being uploaded. CYP will audit, sign and date these VOCs and then the Subcontractor will upload this authorised copy.
Authorisation to include:
- - - Must be signed by Gary Giles
    - Must be dated
    - Must state that it is approved by CYP
    - May be in the form of a stamp or hand written. Either is acceptable.

- RTO Name, Code and Logo
- Name of Applicant
- Units of competency code and name, date completed
- Date certificate issued
- Authorised person name or title (does not necessarily need a signature)
- Issuing organisation’s logo / corporate identifier / unique watermark and / or document or certificate number
- Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) Logo (For a Statement of Attainment only - Not Card)
- There is no expiry date on a Statement of Attainment or Transcript.
  **RTO registration must only have been current at the time of training completion / awarding the document
- Document verifier to ensure the Issue of this document is an RTO.

NOTE: Cards are accepted in lieu of statement of attainment certificates providing they show the relevant statement of attainment unit of competency as well as all other necessary information relating to applicant details and RTO details

NOTE: Temporary / Interim statement of attainment evidence or letters indicating they are for temporary issue until statement of attainment certificate is provided to applicant is acceptable for a period of 4 weeks only from the date of the training being complete which should be indicated on the letter providing it has been issued by an RTO and indicates completion of a nationally recognised unit code

Record the Issue date within Onsite as follows:

Completion date / Training Date - if listed on certificate (this date is always used when displayed)

Issue date - If only an issue date is listed please enter this as the issue date

Expiry date is ONLYrequired for this competency in the instance where a temporary / Interim statement of attainment document is issued. Expiry should be calculated to occur on the date which is 4x weeks from the date of training completion

- Awarded AQF qualification by it full title (where a qualification is issued)
- Units of competency code and name, date completed, and results to show completion
- Date certificate issued
- Issuing organisation’s seal, corporate identifier, Unique watermark and / or document number
- There is no expiry date on a Statement of Attainment or Transcript.
  **RTO registration must only have been current at the time of training completion / awarding the document

Please note: The ‘Previous Attainment’ competencies within Onsite (Those where there is no specific Australian Qualification Framework unit code listed within the competency title) should no longer be used.

Please note: We cannot accept a Statement of Attainment which has been issued by Transfield Services as the statement of attainment does not meet the Australian Skills Quality Authority standards
