Use - B for business Conditions and information – correct codes assigned as per http://www.rms.nsw.gov.au/roads/registration/frequently-asked-questions/condition-codes.html	Issue Date = Start of coverage date listed on policy. Expiry Date = Coverage end date listed on registration (If the registration is paid on a monthly basis the expiry will be set when the next payment is due).
