  • Certificate: Flying in the Wire Environment (FITWE) or working in the wire environment

  • Certificate: 'Life in the wire' course

  • Class attendance record or Safety Meeting Log issued by North American Helicopter showing FITWE

  • Automatically accepted providers are: UAS, HAI, Air2. Please also approve any other providers outside of the 3 mentioned.

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • 137 qualification (Mandatory for pilots flying aerial application (spray) for approved operators. )

Flight Crew License Biennial Flight Review (BFR)/ 61.56

Biennial Flight Review (BFR) or a 61.56

  • The applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = 12 months -if the certificate expires on July 15, it will be good by the end of the month.

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = FAA Medical - Class 1 (Over 40)- every 6 months
    FAA Medical - Class 1 (Under 40) -every 12 months
    FAA Medical - Class 2 -every 12 months
