Asbestos Removal Licence

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

·         Asbestos Removal (with relevant class - Either Class A or B) to be listed

·         Either Black and White OR Colour copy is accepted

·         Only the front of the licence needs to be displayed within uploaded file

·         Must be issued by the relevant government appointed organisation (Worksafe NZ) logo must be present

·         Must be a NZ issued licence – International Licence not accepted

• Issue Date = Start of coverage date listed on policy
• Expiry Date = Coverage end date listed on policy (If the policy is paid on a monthly
  basis the expiry will be set when the next payment is due)
• Licence Number = as specified on the licence

Security Licence

·         The name on the evidence should match the Company name registered in the system except for sole traders, it will be issued in individual name

·         Must be issued by relevant Government appointed authority - Ministry of Justice

·         Logo must be present

·         Either Black and White OR Colour copy is accepted

• Issue Date = Start of coverage date listed on policy
• Expiry Date = Coverage end date listed on policy (If the policy is paid on a monthly
  basis the expiry will be set when the next payment is due)

·         Licence Number = as specified on the licence

Waste Removal Security Licence

·         Sole Trader - the name on the evidence to match the Sole Trader name registered system

·          Partnership – the name on the evidence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

·         Company - the name on evidence to match the Company name registered in the system

·         Waste Removal / Offensive Trade to be listed

·         Must be issued by local council authority

·          logo to be present

·          Either Black and White OR Colour copy is accepted

• Issue Date = Start of coverage date listed on policy
• Expiry Date = Coverage end date listed on policy (If the policy is paid on a monthly
  basis the expiry will be set when the next payment is due)

·         Licence Number = as specified on the licence
