High Risk Work.Statement of Attainment.Work in Confined Spaces	Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card or statement of attainment showing completion of training for 'Working in Confined Spaces' Evidence will be issued by NZQA Private Training Establishment Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable	Scanned document to be clearly legible Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted.
