Generic.-.Logbook
  • Applicants name shown on logbook must match the applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
  • All sections must be fully completed

  • Black and white or colour copies of document are accepted

  • Must be clear and legible

  • Date of completion to be recorded as sign off / approval date listed on logbook


Generic.Competency.Resume/CV

  • Applicants name shown on Document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

  • Must be in a standard resume document format

  • Must show experience relevant to the nominated position / role

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

  • Must be clear and legible

  • Issue date to be recorded as the date uploaded in Onsite

  • No expiry date is required to be recorded
