| First Aid.Certificate.Mental Health First Aid Certificate | - Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
- Certificate stating Mental Health First Aid is required
- Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Completion date or issue date must be displayed
- Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate
- Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
- Must be clear and legible
