- Must be a Contractor Licence
- Must be issued by State Government Authority
- Duration as per licence
- Black and white or colour is acceptable

Asbestos

| Asbestos Removal Licence | - If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered
- If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered
- For asbestos removal:
- Asbestos Removal Licence ((Class A (friable) or Class B (non friable)) is to be uploaded
- For asbestos inspections: An asbestos assessor licence is to be uploaded
- Must be issued by Work Cover
- Duration as per licence
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Work cover Logo must be present
- This is required if the contracting company directly completes asbestos removal work and this work is not wholly subcontracted out to another contracting company.
