OTIS Business Rules | Electrical

• Name on certificate to match the person registered
• Electrical Apprentice Indenture papers / Training Contract / Trainee Licence to be supplied
• Must be issued by the state based TAFE or Apprenticeship Network Provider
• Black and white of colour is acceptable

• Issue date to be recorded (Commencement date of Apprenticeship/Traineeship)
• Expiry Date to be recorded (Nominal Term of Training Contract)
• Signature and Date in Apprentice Network Provider Signature section of Training Contract

• Name on Electrical Licence to match the person registered
• Electrical contractor to be listed
• Duration as per licence
• Black and white of colour is acceptable
• Must be issued by nominated / relevant government department based on state of issue and reflect the corresponding logo.

New Zealand Electrical licence will only list Inspector. Please see example document.

Note:  Otis will accept a screen shot showing that the licence is current for an interim of 4 weeks and then the licence needs to be supplied
