Photo Identification


This Competency rule was last updated by Woolworth's on 14.08.2019

  • Name on form of Photo ID must match the name entered on the Induction Booking Form.
  • Date of Birth must match the name entered on the Induction Booking Form
  • Photo of Applicant must match applicant photo in Onsite - Pegasus Staff CLICK HERE for additional information about this before verifying file.

 ID must be Valid (date must be current)

Examples of accepted forms of Photo ID:

1.                 Australian or International Passport  OR

2.                 Australian or International Drivers Licence (Only front of licence needs to be displayed) OR

3.                 Australian State and Territory issued identity photo cards** (Only front of card needs to be displayed)

** Examples of Australian Proof of ID card:

  • ACT Proof of Identity Card
  • NSW Photo Card
  • NT Evidence of Age Card
  • QLD Photo Identification Card
  • SA Proof of Age Card
  • Tas Personal Information Card
  • Vic Proof of Age Card
  • WA Photo Card


If International ID is not in English you will also need to upload an official translation document provided by a professional authorised translator  - An authorised translator can be found by searching the NAATI Database: NAATI - National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd


  • ID is to be collected upon every induction cycle.
  • The address shown on the ID needs to match the applicants address in Onsite (If Australian issued ID is uploaded)
  • Issue or Expiration Dates are not required to be recorded within onsite.
  • If the ID uploaded is not valid - one of the other 3 forms of acceptable identification will be required to be uploaded.
  • ID must be uploaded in colour
