- Licence must show competency as Electrical Fitter
- Licence must be in date / valid
- Licence must be issued by relavent Australian State Government Authority (Such as QLD Government or NSW Department of Fair Trading)
- Black and white OR colour copy of this document is accepted
- Must be clear and legible

- Record the licence expiration date as the competency expiration date in Onsite
