OH&S-WHS.Induction.Site Safety Card
  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The uploaded evidence will be a site safety card  -

    This Site Safety Card is awarded to people who have successfully completed a Site Safe approved training course that provides site access to construction sites in New Zealand.

  • Both the new site safe cards, and any older-style Site Safe cards with a valid expiry date can be used to gain access to construction worksites in NZ.
  • Evidence will be issued by Sitesafe NZ
  • Must be current
  • Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
  • Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted.
  • Issue Date: Not Required
  • Expiry Date: As shown on the evidence

Company.Induction.Lion Corporate Induction
  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The uploaded evidence will be a certificate of learning
  • Evidence will be issued by Lion NZ
  • Must be current
  • Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
  • Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted.
