The Company Pre-Qualification Portal is a component of Pegasus. Some of our Client Sites require a company to be validated prior to starting work with them.
Its a portal that will capture some business activity questions, types of work to be performed, insurances you currently have valid, number of employees, etc.
Please Note: All questions asked in the portal, are defined and requested by the Client, not by Pegasus.
Not every site requires this portal component, but for those that do, here is a video tutorial and a PDF user guide to step you through the portal process.
NOTE: Not every company will be required to complete an SMS (Safety Management Systems) Review and upload as part of the Company Pre-Qualification Portal.required by Pegasus clients who want to ensure the qualifications and compliance of a contracting company before they start work on site.
The registration process involves providing details about your business and its work, and providing documents to prove compliance to set questions - all defined by the organisation you are providing services to.
