Click on EMPLOYEES

Onsite Subscribed: Go to step 5

Onsite Basic Only: This will only display the employee’s details for the one you have selected as the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE. Go to step 4 if you wish to change the employee.

4If you wish to change the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE, click on the PERSON menu and then click EMPLOYEES. On the right of the screen click the CHANGE button and select the person you wish to view in the Drop down list and then press SAVE

Type in some fragment of the Employee’s name you are looking for and press SEARCH.

You can also click SEARCH with no text entered to view ALL of your company’s Employees.

Click on the Employee you wish to view.

Depending upon your user permissions, you might not be able to see an Employee’s private details.

7If you have editor rights with your user account, you will see the EDIT button at the bottom of the Personal Details section.
8Press EDIT
9Change any required Employee details, when done, press SAVE

2Click on PERSON
3Click on EMPLOYEES
4Type in the FIND field the first name OR last name of the Employee you are searching for and click SEARCH; or click SEARCH without any text in the find field to look at all Employees

Click on the Employees name you wish to investigate in the search results.

This will then open up their profile.

6Scroll halfway down the page and in the PERSONAL CONTACTS section you will see a button that says ADD PERSONAL CONTACT.
7You can now add multiple Personal Contacts, however only one can be a designated as Next of Kin.
8As you are entering in the contact details, you can add information such as multiple email, multiple phone numbers and relationship type.

Click on EMPLOYEES.

Onsite Basic Only: This will only display the employee’s details for the one you have selected as the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE.
If you wish to change the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE, click on the PERSON menu and then click EMPLOYEES. On the right of the screen click the CHANGE button and select the person you wish to view in the drop down list and then press SAVE.

4Enter in partial text (or first name) of the Employee you wish to view and click SEARCH; or just click SEARCH to get a full list of your company’s Employees
5Click on the Employee you wish to view
6Click on COMPETENCIES

You can now view the employees current competencies, as well as past or inactive competencies.

Additionally. you can list competencies by a site or realm, if an employee has many against their profile for easier visibility.

If you wish to change the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE, click on the PERSON menu and then click EMPLOYEES. On the right of the screen click the CHANGE button and select the person you wish to view in the drop down list and then press SAVE.

4Type in some fragment of the person’s name you are looking for and then press SEARCH; or you can also click SEARCH with no entries to view ALL of your company’s Employees.
5Click on the Employee you wish to view
6Click on the ROLE tab

You can now view the employees role/s, as well as past or inactive role/s.

Once you have entered in those details you can press PROCEED.

IF you pressed CANCEL at that stage, no action is taken.

If you Pressed PROCEED, you will now notice that this Employee is listed in RED LETTERS that they are now an INACTIVE EMPLOYEE (and if applicable, and INACTIVE CONTRACTOR).

If you wish to change the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE, click on the PERSON menu and then click EMPLOYEES. On the right of the screen click the CHANGE button and select the person you wish to view in the drop down list and then press SAVE.

You can view keys that have been assigned to this Employee

This page will list the ACCESS KEYS that a site uses and the status of those keys this Employee has.

You can click on the VIEW link on any of those keys, to see what competencies that site requires for the Access Key key to be current. 

The Key Structure Statement outlines what is required of an Access Key.

NOTE: You will not be able to see the details of the competency itself, as that is only viewable at the site or realm level.

Click on EMPLOYEES

Onsite Basic Only: This will only display the employee’s details for the one you have selected as the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE.
If you wish to change the FULL VIEW EMPLOYEE, click on the PERSON menu and then click EMPLOYEES. On the right of the screen click the CHANGE button and select the person you wish to view in the drop down list and then press SAVE.

Type in some fragment of the person’s name you are looking for and then press SEARCH

5Click on the Employee you wish to view
6Scroll down to the end of the General Details section and press the EDIT button

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and then take the tick off the ACTIVE box and press SAVE.

This will prompt a message for you to confirm and understand the impact of inactivating an Employee.

8IF you approve, click on OK and then you will see the tick has been removed from the ACTIVE box.
9Press SAVE to now apply these settings to that Employee.
10Another confirmation screen will appear. Please read it carefully as this is a system-wide change to this Employees’ profile
11You will need to enter in such details as who this action is authorised by and a comment.
