  • Must be issued by a relevant Australian state government authority  with corresponding logo shown on licence EG NSW Department of Fair Trading
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
Only licence accepted, cannot be a screen shot from the website


NOTE:  Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant State licence lookup (example doc provided). This needs to show

  • Licence number,
  • Name of person
  • Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current)

This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.
