Photo Identification

 ID must be Valid (date must be current)

Examples of ACCEPTED forms of Photo ID:

1.                 Australian or International Passport  OR

2.                 Australian or International Drivers Licence

(Only front of licence needs to be displayed)

OR

3.

                 Australian Proof of ID card (Only front of card needs to be displayed)

If International ID is not in English you will also need to upload an official translation document provided by a professional authorised translator  - An authorised translator can be found by searching the NAATI Database: NAATI - National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd

ID is to be collected upon every induction cycle.

                Australia Post Keypass ID OR

4.                 Australian State and Territory issued identity photo cards**

5.                 Australian issued Immicard (Either Evidence of Immigration Status Immicard or Australia Migration Status immicard)



NOTE: APPLICANTS YOUNGER THAN PHOTO ID AGE

Some employers have employees that are younger than the state-based age requirements to obtain a proof of id card

In this situation, a student identification card or a birth certificate can be accepted with a Statutory Declaration (stating the individual is who they say they are) in lieu of the government photo identification card.


The Statutory Declaration must be witnessed by an authorised witness:

Then Schedule 2 - Part 1 & 2 defines the occupations or people who can sign this off.

  • ID must be uploaded in color
  • ID must be Valid (date must be current)
  • f the ID uploaded is not valid - one of the other 3 forms of acceptable identification will be required to be uploaded.
  • BOTH sides of drivers licences must be displayed within the uploaded file.

For all other forms of evidence, only the front of the card needs to be displayed

  • The address shown on the ID (if shown) needs to match the applicants address in Onsite (If Australian issued ID is uploaded)Issue or Expiration Dates are not required


The expiry date is to be recorded

within onsite.
  • If the ID uploaded is not valid - one of the other 3 forms of acceptable identification will be required to be uploaded.
