State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) RTW Coordinator e-Learning Certificate

  • There are 13 modules that must be completed.  Training listed on certificate/s must state all 13 modules listed below:

NOTE: The SIRA approved 2-day, face-to-face, Introduction to Return to Work Coordination Course, was withdrawn on the 31st of May 2019 and replaced by 13 self-paced modules

RTW Coordinator Certificate

  • Advanced Return to Work Coordination to be listed on certificate  
  • Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

  • Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate

  • Must be clear and legible 
  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate 
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded  

Energy Safe Victoria - Spotters Registration Card Card
  • Applicants name shown on licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Licence must show Spotter Registration Certificate 
  • Licence must be in date / valid 
  • Licence must be issued by relevant Australian State Government Authority (ENERGYSAFE VICTORIA) 
  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 
  • Must be clear and legible 
  • Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on licence 
  • Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on licence 

Appointed Persons (Section 44)
  • Applicants name shown on Certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Certificate must show completion of Section 44 or S44 MSI Act – Appointee Obligations course
  • Evidence for this competency is a certificate of completion/attendance issued by a Registered Training Organisation
  • Recognised Training Organisation name to be displayed on document
