- Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
- Rail Industry Worker card OR Rail Safety Worker Card (issued by Pegasus) can be accepted.
- Virtual copy can be approved
- Card Expires 10 years from issue date on card
- Must be in colour
- Rail industry worker or Rail Safety Worker logo to be present
| - Issue date as per card (If no issue date listed please go off the submission date)
- Expiry date = 10 years from issue date if no expiry date listed on card.
