For overseas / international engineering qualifications to be accepted they need to either be recognised under the:
Washington Accord (http://www.abet.org/global-presence/mutual-recognition-agreements/engineering-washington-accord/is-your-program-recognized/), or http://www.ieagreements.org OR;Letter from the Australian Institute of Engineers or Engineers Australia recognising your qualification
