Role listed on SOC form must be identical to the chosen role in Onsite
Inexperienced worker process to be followed if the worker has less than 12-months experience in a high-risk industry and in conducting their high-risk work. NCIG are required to approve all contractors with less than 12 months experience
Must be in PDF format - Word format not acceptable
SOC must have been completed within 3 months of submission
Must be on the template which is shown in the example document field - company letterhead not accepted
