Note: This is an entirely optional / non-mandatory requirement:

Can supply either a certificate or a letter of 'Proof' or ‘Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Heritage’.
Evidence can be issued by an incorporated Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander organisation which the person relates to.
Two directors will generally sign the letter or certification and the document must be stamped with the organisation's Common Seal.

Issue Date = Date of issue / sign-off

Email must indicate the Australian Government Baseline security clearance has been granted

For the Birth Certificate:

Drivers Licence showing HC Class be uploaded

Must be current / in date
