- Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- Certificate will show completion of confined space awareness
- Document / Certificate Number must be shown on the certificate
- Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
- Must be clear and legible
NOTE: No unit code is required to be displayed on certificate | - Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
- No expiry date for this competency
