As a Realm User
Given I have "Can Edit Realm Settings" User permission enabled, as a Realm User, I can configure the expiring competency notifications for my realm competency library. As a Site User
Given I have "Can Edit Site Settings" User permission enabled, as a Site User, I can configure the expiring competency notifications for my site competency library.
Setting can be found under SETUP > REALM/SITE
