| Operator.Qualified.Food Handling/Hygiene | - Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
- The uploaded evidence will be a certificate, card or statement of attainment
- Evidence must show the current national units of competency accepted for the NSW FSS certificate approved by ASQA which are:
- Two hospitality units:
- SITXFSA005 – Use hygiene practices for food safety
- SITXFSA006 – Participate in safe food handling practices
--OR-- - One retail unit:
- SIRRFSA001 – Handle food safely in a retail environment
.- Previous/superseded units of competency remain valid up to the expiry date on the FSS certificate
