Tradesperson.Qualified.Operate and maintain chainsaws (within 5 years) - 
  • Name on qualification to match the person registered
  • Must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO)
  • Black and white or colour acceptable
  • Must be clearly scanned and legible

  • Issue date must be within the last 5 years
  • Issue Date = Date of completion
  • Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

 

Tradesperson.Qualified.Operate a high pressure water jetting system - MSMSS00004 or MSASS00003


Required for role - Pressure Cleaner - Water Jetting Class A 800-5600 BAR L/Min

  • Name on qualification to match the person registered
  • Must state High Pressure Jetting Course
  • Must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO)
  • Black and white or colour acceptable
  • Must be clearly scanned and legible
  • Issue Date = Date of completion
  • Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

Tradesperson.Qualified.Operate a high pressure water jetting system - MSMSS00004 or MSASS00003


Required for role -  Pressure Cleaner - Water Jetting Class B Over 5600 BAR L/Min

  • Name on qualification to match the person registered
  • Must state MSMSS00004 or MSASS00003 or equivalent
  • Must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO)
  • Black and white or colour acceptable
  • Must be clearly scanned and legible
  • Issue Date = Date of completion
  • Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered
