Please upload the certificate (s) issued by a RTO must show the following units of competency:

  • HLTAID001 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • UETTDREL14A - Working safely near live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical worker

Expiry date is 12 months from assessment date

NOTE: Where there is 2 separate Certificates issued, the expiry date is the one that expires first.
